Terms of Use for www.domaintescil.com
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Domaintescil.com, you are deemed to have accepted the Domaintescil.com terms of use.
2. Member Information
a) Domaintescil.com assumes that information declared by users during registration is accurate. Domaintescil.com reserves the right to suspend accounts and discontinue services for users who provide false identity information until they supply correct identity or contact details. If your account represents a company or organisation, this text binds the entity you represent.
b) Users are obliged to keep their member information accurate and up to date.
c) If Domaintescil.com identifies a security risk, it may request official identity and company documents from persons claiming rights over the relevant account; it may decline to process requests where documents are inconsistent or illegible.
3. Password Policy
Passwords set during registration must be 8–12 characters, include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special character, and must not match the username.
Upon completing registration:
- Users are responsible for protecting their passwords from unauthorised persons.
- If the username and password are used without permission, users must notify Domaintescil.com and change their password.
- Secure logout is the user's responsibility. Domaintescil.com cannot be held liable for damage arising from user errors.
4. Privacy
Domaintescil.com does not share identity and contact information obtained from users with third parties unless required by legal notice. Concealing identity information is at the user's discretion. Information may be used for communication, newsletters, surveys, alerts and payment notifications.
5. Fees
Domaintescil.com may change service and product prices without prior notice. Current prices are as published on the relevant product page.
6. Payment
Notifications regarding products and services are sent to the registered email address and/or mobile phone. For domain products, reminders are sent 15, 7 and 1 days before the final payment date or registration expiry. Domaintescil.com reserves the right to change notification methods and timing.
If the balance is not paid by the final payment date, the relevant product or service is suspended.
For orders placed with a bank transfer commitment, receipt verification may take 2–3 hours on business days and 2–9 days on weekends and public holidays. Domaintescil.com cannot be held liable for damage arising from such delays; credit card payment is available.
Users who authorise automatic payment consent to charges being collected from the registered card. Domaintescil.com cannot be held liable for damage arising from incorrect product selection or outdated card details.
7. Domain Registration
Domain registration products are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. ICANN root server databases are updated every 8 hours. If the same domain has been ordered through another provider, registration may not be possible and a refund will be issued.
For orders placed with a bank transfer commitment, the product may not be provided due to receipt verification delays; the same product may be purchased instantly by another user.
.com, .net, .org, .info and .biz registration products are US-origin; operations are supervised by ICANN. Disputes are subject to ICANN procedures (icann.org/udrp).
Disputes for .tc domains are resolved according to the procedure published by the .tc operator. The Add Grace Period for newly registered TLD domains is 5 days (4 days may apply in the EMEA region due to time zone differences).
Domains whose registration has expired without renewal enter the Renewal Grace Period (.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO: 19 days). If not renewed during this period, the domain enters the deletion grace period; the recovery fee is USD 100.
8. .COM.TR Domain Registrations
For .com.tr registrations requiring documents, the user is obliged to submit the required documents. If documents are not submitted, are incomplete, invalid or insufficient, responsibility lies with the user and the fee paid is not refunded.
9. SSL and Domain Registration Responsibility
Responsibility for SSL and domain registration processes and published information lies with the relevant parties. Domaintescil.com cannot be held liable for commercial agreements between members and product providers.
10. Conduct and Communication
Accounts of users who use profanity, insults or degrading language via phone, email or other channels may be suspended.
